Custom Jewelry Development & Manufacturing Process

From your first idea to final production, Ducaibo provides OEM/ODM support for custom 316L stainless steel jewelry, with clear approval stages throughout the process.

01 — Project Review & Requirements
Share your sketches, reference images, technical drawings or design ideas. We review the dimensions, materials, finishes, target quantities and budget, then assess production feasibility and recommend practical solutions that preserve your design vision.
02 — Quotation & Sample Payment
Based on the agreed requirements, we provide a quotation outlining development and sampling costs, MOQ and estimated timelines. Once you approve the quotation and arrange the agreed sample payment, we begin the development process.
03 — CAD Design & Engineering
Our team creates detailed CAD drawings to define dimensions, proportions, stone settings and structural connections. We refine the design for manufacturing and share the drawings with you for approval before proceeding to prototyping.
04 — Prototype Development & Validation
We create a prototype or a suitable structural sample to check size, shape, assembly and moving parts where applicable. This stage helps identify necessary adjustments before tooling, so the design can be refined and approved for stainless steel sampling.
05 — Tooling & Stainless Steel Sampling
After prototype approval, we develop the required molds and tooling, then produce the stainless steel samples. Polishing, PVD coating, stone setting and assembly are completed according to the agreed specifications, with the production sequence adapted to each design.
06 — Sample Review & Approval
We provide detailed photos and videos for your review, or ship physical samples for hands-on evaluation. You can check the appearance, dimensions, finish and function, and we address any required adjustments before receiving your approval for mass production.
07 — Mass Production & Quality Control
Once the sample and order details are approved, we begin mass production using the confirmed specifications and approved sample as references. Quality checks cover key production stages and final inspection, including dimensions, polishing, plating, stone security and assembly, before packing and shipment.
